Legally so!
We have been for about a week, but due to vacation schedules, it took them a while to tell us.
Someone who had a court date a week before ours is traveling next week, so our travel for the week of January 14th us certainly possible, so I'll be paying for those tickets tomorrow before we lose them!
If we find that we will be traveling later, we can change them for $50 each, which isn't bad.
